Scott Thomas-Tunstalle- President

Mr. Thomas Tunstalle is a native of the Hill District in Pittsburgh, PA. He brings over 18 years of experience in construction services for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. He is also licensed professional contractor in PA. Bridgeway Capital made a loan to Scott Tunstalle that he used to expand his services, thereby increasing the scope of his work, and hiring more tradespeople from the Hill District’s cluster of neighborhoods. It was a big move for a minority-owned business in an area eager for grassroots economic success. His motivation continues to be the change from what he watched as a member of the Local Union. He saw the inequality of the overall development in the residential and commercial sector. Not only in his neighborhood but neighborhoods with the same or similar demographics. Mr. Thomas-Tunstalle has demonstrated the growth and the value of being a successful business owner employing over 50 subcontractors. This is a direct correlation that supports three major aspects of his life: community, family, and Personal freedom.
